LIFELINE™

Helping Purpose Reach Farther.

Lifeline™ connects families, caregivers, emerging nonprofits, grassroots initiatives, and community-led charitable projects with resources, relationships, guidance, and opportunities that may help them move forward.

For families caring for Beloves, the next step is not always clear. Navigating behavioral health, developmental disabilities, changing care needs, family responsibilities, and community support systems can create challenges that are difficult to address alone.

For individuals and organizations working to strengthen communities, the challenge may be finding the right structure, resources, funding, or relationships to carry their charitable purpose forward.

Lifeline™ creates a place to begin.

Through community connections, charitable partnerships, resource navigation, and available sponsorship and support opportunities, the Foundation helps identify meaningful pathways for both families and community-led efforts.

Because families need support, and good work deserves the opportunity to reach farther.

WHY LIFELINE EXISTS

Purpose can reach
farther together.

An idea does not always need a new organization.

We recognize that care extends beyond any one community. People are already answering a calling to serve, and some simply need the right relationships and support to become established and stand firm.

Through Lifeline™, we explore ways to strengthen those efforts—because when the people responding to community needs are better connected, the reach of care can grow.

Possible pathways may include community relationships, guidance, capacity-building connections, fiscal sponsorship review, or funding opportunities when appropriate and available.

FAMILY & CAREGIVER CONNECTIONS

Families Need Lifelines, Too.

Families and caregivers often carry responsibilities that extend beyond any one service, diagnosis, or care system.

Lifeline™ recognizes that supporting a Belove may also mean strengthening the people and environment surrounding their care.

Through charitable connections and community relationships, the Foundation may help families explore resources related to caregiver support, behavioral health navigation, developmental services, life transitions, education, community living, and changing family needs.

When available, charitable partnerships, sponsorships, or other approved opportunities may help address eligible family and community needs.

Our role is to connect, inform, encourage, and help identify an appropriate next step—not to replace clinical providers, service coordinators, or other authorized professionals.

HOW IT BEGINS

One conversation.
A clearer next step.

02

Explore Connections.

We listen and consider what relationships, resources, or guidance may support your next stage.

03

When appropriate, we discuss a responsible next connection or step that fits your purpose.

Lifeline™ inquiries are reviewed individually. Fiscal sponsorship, funding, and other forms of support depend on eligibility, availability, and approval; submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an arrangement or award.
