HOPE PROGRAM
Scholarships & Education in Action

HOPE exists to uplift the hearts and hands that hold others. Direct Support Professionals, Behavioral Technicians, RBTs, Special Education Paras, and caregivers dedicate their lives to others — often with limited access to education or recognition. HOPE bridges that gap through scholarships and educational opportunities that open doors to growth and sustainability.

When opportunity meets preparation, hope becomes a pathway to purpose.

    • Direct Support Professionals, Behavioral Technicians, RBTs, Paras, and Childcare Providers pursuing certification or professional advancement.

    • Students entering behavioral health, education, or care-related fields.

    • Partner agencies or schools interested in supporting workforce development through scholarship collaboration.

  • Scholarship Pathways

HOPE awards partial or full scholarships to individuals seeking professional certification or continued education in care-related fields. Recipients may use funds toward:

    • RBT, Direct Care Worker (DCW), or CNA certification programs.

    • Continuing education units (CEUs) or licensing fees.

    • Textbooks, exam materials, or required supplies for coursework.

    Education Advancement Grants

For professionals already working in the field, HOPE offers development grants to offset the cost of additional trainings or courses. This includes:

    • Tuition reimbursement for college-level or vocational programs.

    • Stipends for required workshops, Article 9 or CPR renewal, and specialty certifications.

    • Mini-grants for community educators creating inclusive or behavioral-based curriculum.

    Mentorship & Career Support

Each HOPE recipient gains access to mentorship from a 2WCF partner or 2WTA Institute instructor to support their growth journey. Mentorship includes:

    • One-on-one goal alignment sessions.

    • Professional development check-ins and accountability tracking.

    • Opportunities to shadow seasoned professionals or instructors.

    Workforce Recognition & Community Connection

Beyond funding, HOPE celebrates impact. Recipients are recognized within the 2WCF and 2WTA networks, offering:

    • Features on community platforms to highlight dedication and growth.

    • Invitations to community events, wellness retreats, or professional panels.

    • Connection to other scholarship alumni for ongoing peer support.

HOPE doesn’t just fund education — it restores dignity and direction to those who hold our communities together.

  • Applicants complete the HOPE Scholarship Interest Form, provide proof of enrollment or program intent, and include a short statement about their commitment to serving others. Each submission is reviewed by the 2WCF Scholarship Committee, and awards are announced quarterly.

  • Donors can support HOPE by:

    • Sponsoring individual scholarships for DSPs, BTs, or RBTs.

    • Funding professional development or mentorship stipends.

    • Contributing to the HOPE Education Endowment for long-term sustainability.

The HOPE Program ensures no one serving others is left behind in pursuit of growth. Together, we build a more educated, equipped, and empowered care community.

Education sows the seeds of change that generations will harvest.
